Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ongoing programs require advance written notice, while summer camps and enrichment classes follow a date-based refund schedule. All requests should be sent by email so our team can process them quickly and consistently.

After school enrollment follows the same advance notice requirement for schedule and staffing planning.

Summer Camps & Enrichment Classes

Refund eligibility for seasonal camps and enrichment programs depends entirely on when the cancellation request is submitted.

21+ Days Before Start

100% refund

Families receive a full refund of the program fee when cancellation is requested at least 21 days before the program starts.

14-20 Days Before Start

50% refund

Families receive a 50% refund of the program fee when cancellation is requested 14 to 20 days before the start date.

Less Than 14 Days

No refund

No refunds are issued for late cancellations, student absences, or no-shows.

Minimum Enrollment Note

Tulip Kids reserves the right to cancel a camp or class if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, parents will be notified and offered the choice of a full refund or a credit transfer to another available program of their choice.
